How to Book the Hall
Thank you for your interest in hiring a space in our beautiful Hall.
We have excellent facilities here, perfect for many types of events and a variety of spaces, which can be hired independently or together.
See instructions below on how to request a booking or you can contact our Bookings Manager for help on 07775 765572 or email info@thehallevents.org.uk
To request a booking:
- Check the Hall Diary below to see if your preferred day/time/room is available.
We advise leaving ‘All Rooms’ selected – we have several spaces, so please do enquire even if you are unsure. - Check the pricing in the Hire Rates for the room(s)/facilities you require
- Check the Booking Terms & Conditions to understand our standard terms.
When ready to book:
- From the Hall Diary below – go to the date you require, click on the + symbol and complete the form
- Contact our Bookings Manager on 07775 765572 or email info@thehallevents.org.uk
PLEASE NOTE, this is a request only, bookings must be confirmed by us, so we advise you not to make any firm arrangements until a booking is confirmed and paid.
