Turbulent Times

The Hall is very quiet and still and resting while everyone follows the government guidelines to avoid group activities.

Our activity providers are self employed people who are being hit hard at this time but who consider the welfare of their clients to be of paramount importance.  They are also a resourceful bunch who are already looking at ways to help and to bring well being initiatives to folk in their homes.  Thank to all of them for coming up with the lovely innovative solutions below:

Juliet who runs the Monday Pure Stretch Class has two excellent exercise videos for you on her website www.julietrobbins.com.

Louise who brings such splendid art workshops to the Hall is running small group Watercolour Beginner Tutorials online via Zoom – take a look at Facebook Willow Tree Art or contact her at www.willowtreeart.co.uk.

Rachel is running online Zumba classes, email her at shipstonzumba@gmail.com or contact at the Shipston Zumba Facebook Page

Maddy  is offering three Yoga classes each week via Zoom, email bigmad@btinternet.com.

Well done ladies, no excuses for any of us not keeping up with activities while we’re staying safe at home!

The Villages Coronavirus Help Group are cheerily bringing help to everyone self isolating, they are pleased to bring items from the shops, pet walking, a chat and a catch up and more.  Do just call any of the telephone numbers on the leaflet that was delivered to your door a couple of weeks ago.

Best wishes from the Trustees
